Cancellation Policy
- Reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, this will ensure that your slot can be given to another client to respect the nail techs time and schedule.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a $25 fee, this will include any deposits made prior to the appointment.
- Same-day cancellation and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service booked.
- You will NOT be able to rebook with any tech until 100% of the fee is paid.
- We have a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled and the no-show fee will be applied. If you do arrive after the 15mins we will need to shorten the service however the nail tech decides (ie. A solid color)
